Take a deep long slow breath in, through your nose,imagine blowing up a balloon at the base of your spine. ? Pause for a moment and feel yourself in the present moment. 

Exhale….. Slowly breathing out through your mouth say “ahhhhhhhh” as though you are cleaning your crystal glasses.
