Reformer Elevate is an intermediate, fast-paced class that challenges the full body.

A strength based class focused on a combination of functional body weight movements fused together with the classical Reformer repertoire. It is recommended that you try a Fundamentals class prior to joining an evelate Reformer class if you have not practiced on a reformer before.
